Who is this cohort for?
Sitting school-district superintendents, chancellors, or equivalent system leaders who want a candid, application-driven executive experience.
Why is the cohort capped at ten?
The small size protects confidentiality and ensures every leader has room to work on a live challenge—not merely listen.
What happens after I apply?
Wellevate reviews role fit and potential cohort conflicts, then invites qualified applicants to a private 20-minute conversation. The sequence is Application → Fit & Conflict Review → Acceptance → Participant Agreement / E-Signature → Payment or Procurement → Financial Clearance → Wellevate Onboarding. Before acceptance, there is no financial obligation.
Can my district or a sponsor fund my participation?
Yes. District-funded and third-party-sponsored participation are welcome. Wellevate supports organizational invoices, purchase orders, vendor onboarding, W-9 requests, and sponsor-payment pathways. You do not need to have the purchasing process completed before applying. Funding method does not affect selection.
Will I receive a certificate?
Participants who meet the completion requirements receive a Wellevate Certificate of Completion recognizing completion of The Wellevate Superintendent Leadership Lab — Leading Under Pressure.

- Complete the 90-Day Leadership & Sustainability Plan or an approved equivalent
Requirements remain subject to final counsel review. The certificate is not represented as accreditation, certification, state-approved professional-development credit, CE/CPE, licensure credit, or recertification credit.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Before acceptance: No financial obligation.
After acceptance and signed agreement, through October 13, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. ET: A written cancellation receives a 100% refund of amounts actually paid, and any outstanding Wellevate invoice is canceled.
After 5:00 p.m. ET October 13 through October 18: The participant may receive either a 50% refund of amounts paid or, preferably where permitted by the payer, a 100% Wellevate credit toward the next available Superintendent Leadership Lab within 12 months.
October 19 and after: Program fees are nonrefundable. Wellevate may, at its discretion, provide a transfer or credit for a documented extraordinary circumstance.
For district or organizational purchasers, cancellation timing is based on confirmed enrollment and program dates—not when accounts payable ultimately remits funds.
The signed Participant Agreement contains the operative terms. This policy remains subject to final Rocket Lawyer review before payment opens.
Are sessions recorded?
No. The candor required for the work matters more than a replay library.
